We had a wonderful experience with Imperial Andes. Communication was good from the beginning and they took care of most of the planning for us. Our guide explained everything clearly and made us feel safe during the tours. He was also great at taking photos, which was a nice surprise. We mostly just had to enjoy the trip and let them handle the details.
