Code of Conduct ESNNA (Sexual Exploitation of Children and Adolescents)

At Imperial Andes, we are committed to the highest standards of corporate social responsibility. If we become aware of any suspected or confirmed case of the sexual exploitation of children or adolescents, we act promptly and responsibly by reporting it to the appropriate authorities in accordance with Peruvian Law No. 29408.

Imperial Andes strictly prohibits and does not promote, tolerate, or facilitate the sexual exploitation of children and adolescents, or any other criminal activity that may come to our attention in the course of our operations.
