In my experience Imperial Andes is a very good agency. They are always paying attention to the details and trying to make you feel comfortable. Enrique was a great example of this. He went beyond the typical tour and photos and explained the history in more depth. He also shared knowledge about nature, local traditions and different theories. It felt like more than just visiting places.
