The landscapes and Machu Picchu were obviously beautiful, but having a great guide made the experience even better. He had many stories to share and knew a lot about plants, fruits and flowers along the way. The food was also very good, from breakfast to dinner and the little snacks prepared for the trail. Even the hot tea in the morning was a nice detail. The trek was tiring, but the team made everything much easier.
